Welcome to the Dancing Free shop
Take a step, and release the natural movement within your body. Dancing Free classes are a safe space to mindfully enjoy movement - with great music and heaps of physical and mental wellbeing benefits.
Classes start with a guided meditation to centre ourselves, body and mind. With imaginative storylines and beautiful music, I will then verbally guide you into unique movement explorations that are different every week. Leading into an energetic, cathartic and heartfelt dance, where we let go of our stressors. The somatic approach enables any mover to explore the body, themselves, and movement in exciting new ways.
Participants are encouraged to let go of physical and emotional tensions as we dance for the joy of dance. Classes enable playfulness, expression, wonder, and emotional and physical adventure.
